About Me
I live in Sofia, Bulgaria. I'm married. I like playing billiards. I can swim. I love aviation and would like one day to learn to fly an airplane. Until then, I create software.
Professional
I have more than 20 years experience in developing software, starting in high school with Basic and assembler for Pravetz-82 (a Bulgarian-made Apple ][ clone) and progressing through Pascal, C, C++ and Java. I've used also Prolog, Fortran and Forth (for which I've even created my own compiler-interpreter ;-), and in lesser extent Visual Basic, PHP and C#.
I'm mainly interested in GUI design and usability, also writing low-level and system stuff, assemblers, compilers and firmware.
Stuff I like
Good books, good coffee, good wines.
